      How to measure

      Clean Shirts
      1. Chest: wrap the tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape level.
      2. Length: measure from the top of your shoulder seam straight down to where you want the hem to sit.
      3. Tip: measure a jersey you already own and compare it to the chart above for the safest pick.
      4. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed game-day fit, or down for a closer layer look.

Women's fit note: Cut with a tailored waist. For an oversized or unisex look, open the Men's tab and size down one.

Kids & Youth covers four stages — start with the one that matches the child's age. Height is the most reliable guide. All youth cuts are unisex.

      Infant & Baby — by month (0–24M)

Size Months Height (cm) Height (in) Chest (cm) Chest (in)
      0–3M 0–3 50–60 20–24" 36–41 14–16
      3–6M 3–6 60–68 24–27" 41–46 16–18
      6–12M 6–12 68–76 27–30" 46–49 18–19
      12–18M 12–18 76–84 30–33" 49–51 19–20
      18–24M 18–24 84–92 33–36" 51–54 20–21
Baby fit note: Infant jerseys run small and snug. If your little one is between months, size up — a little room beats too tight, and babies grow fast.

      YXL 11–12 146–152 4'9"–5'0" 79–84 31–33
Kids fit note: Use height as the first guide — kids grow fast, so size up if they're near the top of a range. Mini Kits pair with adult jerseys for matchday sets.

      How to measure

      Clean Shirts
      1. Height: Have your child stand straight against a wall and mark the top of their head. Measure from the floor to the mark.
      2. Chest: Wrap the tape under their arms and around the fullest part of the chest. Keep the tape level.
      3. Tip: Measure a shirt they already own and compare it to the chart above for the safest pick.
      4. Between sizes?: Kids grow fast — size up if they're near the top of a range.

Shorts are sized by waist. Basketball shorts run long and loose; soccer shorts sit higher and shorter. When between sizes, size up for a relaxed feel.

      YXL 11–12 76–81 30–32 86–91 34–36
Shorts fit note: Measure your natural waist (not your pants waistband). Soccer shorts are shorter and tighter; basketball shorts are longer and roomier — size down if you want a closer basketball fit.

      How to measure shorts

      Clean Shorts
      1. Waist: measure around your natural waistline, just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
      2. Hips: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat. This is the widest point shorts need to clear.
      3. Inseam: measure from the inside leg seam straight down to where you want the hem to sit. Basketball shorts run longer; soccer shorts are shorter.
      4. Between sizes? For a relaxed basketball fit, size up. For a closer soccer fit, stay true to size.

      Fit by sport

Different leagues cut differently. Here's what to expect before you order.

      Soccer jerseys

Standard cut is loose and boxy; tailored cut is slim, stretchy, and shorter. Europeans usually prefer a tighter soccer fit, US fans often size up for a casual look.

      NBA jerseys

Standard cut is relaxed and long (drops below the hips). Tailored cut is closer to the body. If you're under 5'10", the body length can feel long — size down for a cleaner fit.

      NFL jerseys

Designed boxy with longer sleeves. Most fans buy true to size for a roomy game-day layer. If you want to wear it over a hoodie, size up one.

      NHL jerseys

Very boxy because they're designed to fit over hoodies or layers. A Men's Medium NHL jersey often fits like a Large in other sports. Size down if you want a normal silhouette.

      MLB jerseys

Button-front, relaxed cut. Similar to a casual baseball shirt. Standard versions run true to size; tailored cuts are slightly trimmer.

      NCAA jerseys

Follows the same cuts as US college leagues (football = NFL-like, basketball = NBA-like). Check the league equivalent above for the best guess.

Jersey Cut Guide — Standard Fit vs Athletic Fit

      Feature Standard Fit Athletic Fit
Fit Relaxed, true to size Slim, tailored cut
Weight Lighter, softer fabric Heavier, more structured
Badges & patches Printed or stitched style Heat-applied style
Best for Casual wear, everyday fit Slimmer athletic look
Size tip True to size Size up if between sizes

      Custom jerseys

Custom name & number don't change the garment size — we print your text on the same blank jersey. Choose your normal size from the chart above, then add your name and number on the product page. Need a tailored fit? Contact us before dispatch.

      Common questions

Should I size up for jerseys?

Only if you want a loose, streetwear fit or plan to layer over a hoodie. For tailored cuts, many buyers actually size down because the cut is slim.

Are your sizes US, UK, or EU?

We list chest and length in both cm and inches, so you can match by body measurement no matter where you're shopping from.

My chest is between two sizes — which do I pick?

For standard fit, go with the larger size. For athletic fit, check the length too — if you're tall, take the larger size; if you're shorter, the smaller one may fit better.

Can I return a jersey if the size is wrong?

Yes — unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days. See our Return Policy for details.
